The overall diameter of a P225/60/R15 tire will be 25.6". Therefore, no the Camco Vinyl Wheel and Tire Protectors part # CAM45250 will be much too big for your current size wheels. For a tire cover option that more closely matches your needs and will fit a P225/60/R15 tire, I recommend going with the SnapRing TireSavers Tire Covers part # ST7000BK.
For a P225/R16 or P225/R17 you will want a wheel cover compatible with both an overall diameter of 26.6" and 27.6". For this I recommend using the SnapRing TireSavers Tire Covers part # ST7001BK. Unfortunately we do not have a tire cover that will securely fit all three wheel sizes unless you do not mind a loose fit.
I have attached a review video of this wheel cover for you.
