I've done some research and am unable to find a modern replacement for your vintage hubs. I have found some bearings that match the inner dimensions you list, but there is no 10" hub that works with those bearing sizes. When overhauling a vintage camper, it can be a challenge to find replacement parts. I find that the best course of action is to replace the axle along with the hubs, drums and brakes. This way all of the components will be in good condition and it will be easy to find replacement parts in the future when doing yearly maintenance. We offer some axles that come complete with the hubs and electric brake assemblies like the 89" EZ-Lube Axle # e43SR, which has 10" drums like your camper.
You will need a couple of measurements prior to replacing the axle. First, you should be able to find the axle rating and length stamped on the axle itself. You would also need to measure from the center of one spring seat to the center of the other spring seat and the distance from the hub face on one side to the hub face on the other side. See the attached diagram for details.
I've provided a link to our selection of axles and to our trailer maintenance schedule.
