Engine Oil Cooler Recommendation for 2014 Ford Flex SE 3.5 V6
Question:
Would like to put aftermarket Engine oil cooler on my 2014 Ford Flex SE 3.5 V6. What is best fit sandwich style and what oil filter do you use? Concern is length of filter and protection from road hazards. Most sandwich style oil filter adapters add 2 inches to total length. I thought of oil filter relocator adapter and putting oil cooler in series on remote oil filters output side then back to engine. Your recommendation and part numbers along with aftermarket vendors would be big help.
