I spoke with Trailair, who identified your pin box as a model for the Lippert 1621 pin box. Based off of this, I recommend the Sidewinder 5th Wheel King Pin with Rotating Turret, # RP34FR for a solid, economical option. This Sidewinder has a weight capacity of 20,000 lbs and moves your trailer's pivot point an extra 22” toward the rear of your tow vehicle to allow for sharp turns.

For a premium option, there is also the 5th Airborne Premium 5th Wheel Air Ride King Pin w/ Sidewinder and Turret, # RP61422. The 5th Airborne also moves your trailer's pivot point back 22”, although it has a slightly lighter weight capacity of 16,000 lbs. This model includes a fully enclosed, custom-tuned air spring to provide cushion and absorb shock, reducing chucking by nearly 60% and protecting the contents inside the coach. The airbag can also be repositioned to support varying loads.
