Thule Helium Aero Aluminum Bike Rack for 2016 Subaru Forester

We have a 2016 Forester and are interested in getting the rear mount bike rack you have on your webpage. I went to my local Subaru dealer to ask about their bike rack. I noticed from the brochure they have for the 2017 Forester an aluminum bike rack available. I have several questions. Is the aluminum rack available through your company and would it fit a 2016? Does the rack you offer have a lock to keep the rack from being stolen? Thank you for your response.
