Trailer Brakes for a Modified Wheelchair Shuttle
Question:
I have a strange project I'm working on. The trailer is actually a 2002 ford e450 wheelchair shuttle that has had the front end cut off and fitted with a tongue. I'm concerned about brakes. The weight rating on these brakes is good but I'm concerned about the fit on the vans wheels. Do you have any idea if this would be a good product for this project?

What matters with your set up is going to be the axle. If you still have the original Ford axle then we do not have any products that are going to work. Should you have a trailer axle with the appropriate weight rating, then brake assemblies such as # AKEBRK-7R-SA and # AKEBRK-7L-SA could work.
