Recommended Bike Rack For 2 Electric Bikes With Step Through Frames

This is a question about the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE 2-Bike Carrier for Electric Bicycles - 2inch Hitch - Tilting Item # HLY84FR I have 2 GenZe e bikes model e102. Both bikes have fenders. Since these bikes have low center bars, can you tell me if the clamps on this carrier can be lowered enough to hold both bikes in place? If you dont have that info can you tell be how low the longest clamp will go measured from the base of the rack? If there is another rack that you think is suitable for this situation, that would be helpful as well. Thank you.

The Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE 2-Bike Carrier for Electric Bicycles - 2" Hitch - Tilting # HLY84FR will work with the two GenZe e-bike model e102 you have. The low center bar on an e-bike like this does limit your options, but my contact at Hollywood Racks recommends that you use a bike adapter bar even though the bike most likely will fit without it because it will keep the bikes more stable during transport by adding that bar so they don't become too top heavy. I recommend using this rack along with the # HRBA-PRO.

Your other option is to use the Thule EasyFold XT 2 Bike Platform Rack # TH903202 which holds the bikes by the frame and even so, one bike will require an adapter bar due to the short frame mount arm on the inner assembly.
