A/C Powered Heating Element for RV Plumbing

Is item # 277-000164 an AC model. Looks like it just needs a plug.correct??

The Holding Tank Heater Pad for RVs part # 277-000164 operates off of D/C (direct current). It will need to be hardwired into your RV's wiring harness. For an A/C (alternating current) option, I recommend using the Valterra Self Regulating Heating Element part # W01-1574 as this will also work well to heat your motorhomes holding tanks, water supply lines, drain pipes, metal pipes up to 3" in diameter, and plastic pipes up to 3" in diameter.
