The Andersen Rapid Jack # AM3620 referenced in your question will work great for leveling the 32-33 inch tires on your trailer. This is a really great, easy to use product that is designed to work with any size tires. You will simply place the small end of jack under the wheel and drive up until you are level. It has a total length of 17 inches and a height of 6-7/8 inches.
