I amlooking at the TR-1, spare tire bumper mount. The OD of my bumper is 4 1/4inch by 4 1/4. think this will fit? Thanks

This is very similar to the carrier you referenced but this particular model is confirmed to work with a 4-1/4 inch bumper like what you have.
