On your 2007 Ford F-150, there is not an adapter with fuses/relays to give you the factory tow package. To get the 7-way functions, you will need to hardwire the remaining 3 functions. If you have the factory 4-way, you can utilize your current 4-way connector and use the Universal kit # ETBC7. Some models have the blue brake wire and hot lead orange or red wire already run under the hood to the end of the driver's side frame rail. You can choose to use these and add the extra wire needed or just run the # ETBC7 on its own as these wires are not easy to access.
I've attached the video of installation of this kit. I recommend using the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195 for an easy to use and understandable proportional brake controller if you don't already have one.
