Yes, we do have window vent shades or window air deflectors for the 1989 Chevrolet S-10 Blazer 2 Door. I have the Weather Tech Side Window Air Deflectors, part # WT80152. The Weather Tech air deflector will install in the window channel and has a dark tint. I like the Weather Tech deflectors because they are a thicker material and the installation is clean and simple.
