Will the Yakima HoldUp Bike Rack Fit a 1-1/4 Inch EcoHitch on a 2017 Subaru Outback

Will this rack fit into a 1.25inch Ecohitch on a 2017 Outback? Thanks!

The hitch on your 2017 Subaru Outback should be a 2 inch hitch. I just want to make sure I make the right recommendations.
The Yakima HoldUp 2 Bike Rack for 1-1/4" Hitches - Platform Style - Tilting Item # Y02445 will work with a 1-1/4 inch trailer hitch as long as it is a Class II. It is not compatible with a Class I trailer hitch. Check the hitch for a sticker that states the Class that it is. If that information is not listed then you will know it is a Class I hitch if the tongue weight capacity is 200 pounds or less.
If you do have a Class I hitch then I recommend the similar Thule T2 Pro XTR # TH23JV. I have included a link to a video review of this rack for you.
If it turns out that you do have the 2 inch EcoHitch then the version of the Yakima HoldUp that you would use is # Y02443.
