Will Existing Vent Cover Fit Over MaxxAir MaxxFan Deluxe - Smoke Item # MA00-07500K
Question:
I already have a vent cover that allows me to keep the vent open even if it is raining. If I install this fan will I have to remove the cover it already has?

Helpful Expert Reply:
Since MaxxAir MaxxFan Deluxe - Smoke Item # MA00-07500K sticks up more than a regular vent you will likely have to remove the cover that you already have.
Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan and Thermostat - Powered Lift - 14-1/4" x 14-1/4" Item # FV803350 will have a standard vent profile and it is more likely that it will work with your cover than the MaxxAir fan.
