The etrailer Cargo Bag w/ Mounting Straps - Waterproof - 20 cu ft - 59" x 24" x 24" # 988501 comes in a box with the unit folded very nicely inside. The dimensions are 12 x 13 x 5 inches as I measured it in our warehouse. I doubt once used someone could get it perfectly back inside, but it is possible. The weight of the bag is around 9 lbs.
