Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Chevy/GMC OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package - 21,000 lbs Item # DM6194 is held onto the truck using the factory gooseneck ball hole. The 4 pucks are utilized for stability (to prevent the hitch and adapter from twisting) and do not hold it down.
