Could Convert-A-Ball Dual-Cushioned, Adjustable Ball Mount do 2 inch of Drop

I only need s two inch . Will this adjust to that on the ?

If you used the shank upside down with the part # CAB-UM you would get very close to a drop of 2 inches, but in reality it would be more like 2-1/4 inches.
You'd have to flip the shank up side down but still use the ball mount platform where you insert it from below.
