What Brake Controller is Recommended for a 2008 Toyota Tacoma?
Question:
I have a 2008 Toyota Tacoma, without the factory tow package or factory 7-way. I would like to install a proportional brake controller. What do you recommend and what all do I need for a complete install?I Thank you.

The brake controller I recommend for your 2008 Toyota Tacoma is the Prodigy P2 # 90885; it is a proportional system that has a reputation for being high in quality. For a complete install on your Tacoma, you would need the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller # ETBC7, and finally, if you do not already have a 4-way connector, you would need the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118496.
I have included links to video reviews and installs for you to take a look at.
