Needing a Replacement Key for a SportRack Roof Rack

I lost my key for my roof racks. They are Sportrack brand and the product number is SR1010. How would I get replacement key for this product?

To get a replacement key for your SportRack Semi-custom Roof Rack, # SR1010, the number that is printed on the lock face of the lock cylinder will be needed.
The number usually starts with a N followed by a set of numbers like N2860. As an example, if the number is N2860 then the replacement key would be # THKEYN2860.
