Replacement Soft Top for 2006 Jeep Wrangler with Bow System

Question:

I just bought a 2006 Jeep Wrangler X 2 door. I need to replace my soft top. The frame appears to be good but not sure what top will fit. The top unlatches at front as all do but above the doors there is a locking pin. I have to pull and release before folding the top all the way back convertible style. What hardware is this? Factory or aftermarket? Do all soft tops/hardware function in this manner using a locking pin release?

The aftermarket Jeep top products we offer are made by Bestop and Pavement Ends, which are from the same maker as the OEM tops supplied by Jeep. All will use the original bow system. You can see all replacement tops on the linked page.

You have many options in style and color, so you can use the filters on the page to choose your preferred color, style, fabric weight, etc.

For example, for a black replacement fabric top with tinted windows and without sunroof use part # B7914135.

Note that the Pavement Ends brand is a lower-cost option to the original-spec Bestop products. If you want the original grade top use the Bestop brand.
