Yes, kids bikes can be used with the Detail K2 bike rack part # K2BCR490. I attached a picture that shows the rack carrying a kids bike for you to check out. The adapter bar seen in the picture will make carrying the smaller frame bikes much easier.

The best adapter bar we offer is the part # UB01 which would fit and work well.
