Troubleshooting Switch on Lippert Trailer Stabilizer Jack

Question:

I have a lippert switch for my stabilizer jack. I tested the blue wire at the switch and I have power. I have no power to any other wires when operating the switch. Does this sound like the switch is bad?

It might be a bad switch but what you're getting is a little strange. The switch, # LC387874, receives 12 volt power from the battery on the red wire. The black wire is ground and the blue and yellow is the polarity for the rocker switch. The blue is the one that is fuse protected to the motor.
