Will a Sprinter 16 inch Alcoa Aluminum Dually Wheel/Tire Fit Curt Hitch Mount Spare Tire Carrier

Question:

One comment questioned whether this tire carrier would work for the Sprinter 3500 based vehicle with Alcoa Aluminum wheel options. Alcoa wheels are part number 25080X, 6 bolt holes.

Curt Trailer Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier Item # C31006 will accept the Alcoa 16" x 5.5" Dura Bright Rear Dual Wheel. We have had customers mount dually wheels and tires like this on the carrier before. I ran this by our resident tire and wheel expert and he stated it will work!
