In order to choose the correct electric brake assemblies for your 1994 Fleetwood Mallard, you will want to determine a couple of things.

You will first want to determine the axle capacity on your trailer. This should be listed on a plate located somewhere on the axle itself. It looks like your trailer should have a weight of between 3,300 and 4,500 pounds, depending on your specific model. I also found that it has two axles. Once you determine the specific axle capacities, you can filter through our electric brake assembly selection using this number.

Next, you will need to measure the inside dimension and depth of your existing brake drums, as well as the number of bolts in the brake mounting flange on the axle. I have included an image that shows the measurements that will need to be taken on your drum.

For example, the etrailer.com Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-2 includes 7 inch x 1-1/4 inch brake assemblies that are designed for 2,000 pound axles. They use a 4 bolt mounting flange pattern.

I have included a link that will take you to our available selection of electric brake assemblies that you can look through. I have also attached a couple of articles that you might find helpful.
