Would Fifth Wheel Hitch that Fits Reese Hitch also Fit Ford Hitch Prep Rail Kit

My question is, Is the Reese RP30073 puck system the same dimensions as the puck system in a new model ford truck? Will a hitch designed for the Ford Puck system work on the Reese RP 30073?
