If your Reese 16K 5th Wheel Hitch can be mounted to industry standard above bed base rails, then the Husky Custom Base Rails and Installation Kit, # HT31413-686 will be compatible with the Reese hitch.
The Husky base rail kit is a confirmed fit for a 2011 Ram 2500 truck w/ 6 foot bed. The mounting brackets will mount to the frame of your Ram using existing holes in the truck's frame.
