How Can I Seal The Tailgate Gap On A 2017 GMC Sierra 1500

What do you have that is similar to the Truck Bed Tailgate Gap Cover - Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra Item # TR-101 that will fit a 2017 GMC Sierra 1500? This product look great however it say its for older models.

I do have similar options that will allow you to seal the tailgate gap on your 2017 GMC Sierra 1500. I called my contact at Pilot Automotive at they informed me that they are no longer making the Truck Bed Tailgate Gap Cover therefore, they will not be producing one for a 2017 model.

In order to seal the tailgate gap on your vehicle, you can choose from either the Extang MaxSeal Tailgate Seal part # EX1140, the TruXedo Universal Tailgate TruxSeal part # TX1703206, or the TrailSeal Tailgate Gasket- A Tight Tailgate Seal part # 834532001583. All of these options are very similar and provide the same basic function.

The only noticeable difference between the three is width, as they are all 10' long. I recommend using the TruXedo Universal Tailgate TruxSeal part # TX1703206 as this seal is about 1/8" wider than the other two options, measuring 1-1/8" wide.
