Could Dexter Axle part # 35545I-EZ-89 Be Used On a Boat Trailer

I have an single axle boat trailer, made by Elite in the early 1990s. I tow my 2800# boat with it. Is your 3500# replacement axle compatible with my boat trailer, or are all of your axles designed for utility type trailers?

If the dimensions of the axle match what your boat needs then yes, the # 35545I-EZ-89 would fit and work well.
This axle has a spring seat to seat dimension of 74 inches and a distance of 89 inches from hub face to hub face. If those dimensions match (with the seats being the most important) the axle would fit and work well.
If you need an axle made longer or shorter though you'd have to find a local trailer shop who can order you in a custom axle as we don't carry an extensive line of axles at this time.
