Recommended Front Hitch Receiver For 2017 Ford F-250

Re: a 2017 F250 diesel 4x4 Off Road. Q: Does the front hitch affect clearance on an Off Road model? You have two front hitches listed. I want to use the hitch to push a heavy boat a short distance for maneuvering purposes. A friend of mine does this with one of your front hitches. Q:Which of the two front hitches do you recommend? Adding a front hitch to your 2017 Ford F-250 Diesel 4x4 Off Road will reduce your bumper clearance in the front by about 3 inches but if you have the air dam on the front, that will hang lower than the receiver.

I recommend the Curt # C31078 over the Draw-Tite # 65076 because the Curt hitch is made in the USA. The two hitches are almost identical in design, installation location, and capacity. The manufacturing location is the biggest difference with the Draw-Tite made in Mexico. Either hitch will work well to push your trailer and maneuver it easier.
