Could Roadmaster Tow Dolly Tow 2016 Toyota Corolla S with 17 Rims
Question:
I have a 2016 Toyota Corolla S with 17inch rims and automatic transmission. I see that your tow dolly is for 12-16inch wheel diameter. Is there an additional part that I would need to be able to tow my car? Also, my car is low to the ground, so would ground clearance be an issue with loading and unloading on to the dolly? What is the weight of the tow dolly? Our motorhome has a tow capacity of 3500lbs and my car alone is 2900lbs. Thanks.

I spoke with my contact at Roadmaster and he informed me that the 17 inch tire you have on your 2016 Toyota Corolla S would be compatible with their tow dolly like the # RM-2050-1 that you referenced.
He said the main issue is the width of the tires sometimes associated with 17 inch rims and larger. Since you have a smaller car the width would be within the range of the tow dolly.
