Will installation rails RP30035 work with 5th wheel C16115? Thanks...

Since the Curt E16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # C16115 is compatible with industry standard base rails it is compatible with the Reese Universal Base Rails and Installation Kit # RP30035 which is confirmed to fit your 2006 Chevrolet Silverado.
If you do not already have a 7-Way connector in the bed of your Silverado I recommend installing the Bargman # 50-97-410 which will make connecting and disconnecting your trailer wiring much easier.
