Scooter Carrier Recommendation for 2012 Cadillac SRX Luxury with Draw Tite #75682 Hitch

Question:

Im wondering if the # MT70101 carrier is the right one for me. I installed a Draw Tite trailer hitch 75682 on my 2012 Cadillac SRX, so the tongue weight is at 400 lb. With my scooter weighing close to 315 lb. and the weight of the scooter rack weight was not posted in specs, Im assuming that I will be getting pretty close to that. Is there a better option for me?

The weight of the etrailer Carrier part # e98873 that you referenced is 58 lbs. So that would put you at a total of 373 lbs between the carrier and the scooter. That would be under the 400 lb capacity of the Draw Tite hitch part # 75682 that you have so it would work just fine.
