Will it fit the sport combi wagon Will it bolt right on or do I have to modify? How visible is it afyer its on?

Yes, the Curt Class I Trailer Hitch, item # 11415 will fit on the 2006 Saab 9-3 Sport Combi Wagon, with single exhaust. Installation instructions are linked on the product page.
There is some trimming of an under body panel that is needed, see instructions, but other than that no modifications are needed.
As with any hitch the receiver opening will be visible after installation, but the rest of the hitch should be well hidden at normal viewing angles. At this time we have not had an opportunity to photo this hitch.
