Economic Priced Bike Rack with Least Movement On the Road

Many people have commented about racks that wobble in a 2inch receptacle. How does this one do?

I attached a link to a test course video for the Curt bike rack part # C18085 that you referenced. With the lower priced hitch bike racks there is going to be more movement over bumps.
But for a 2 bike rack that's great on price and very solid the Hollywood Racks # HR200Z does an excellent job at staying stable. I attached a test course video for that as well.
