To determine what size brakes you need you will first of all need to identify the weight rating of your axles and the size of your wheels as well as what type of brakes your trailer currently has. Another thing that is good to take into account is the mounting flange bolt pattern for your current brakes.

Once you know this you will be able to look through our selection of brakes and filter them according to what you find. I have attached a link to our selection for your convenience.

For example, the Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-7-SA is rated for 5.2K to 7K axles and mount on a 5 flange bolt pattern. It fits wheel sizes of 14-1/2", 15", 16", and 16-1/2".

If you would still like a recommendation just let me know the information that I just mentioned and I can make some recommendations for you.
