Attached are pictures of my 5th wheel Rails. Are there Gooseneck hitches compatible?

There is not a gooseneck hitch that is compatible with your current rails, I recommend removing them and installing an under bed kit based on your year, make, model as these are custom fit.
If you want to install 5th wheel rails and add a gooseneck, you can use the Reese Universal Base Rails and Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches - 10 Bolt # RP30035 and then add an adapter like the Curt 25K Gooseneck Plate for Fifth Wheel Rails # 16055
