The Roadmaster Tail Light Wiring Kit with Bulbs, # RM-155, is a universal wiring kit, so it can be used on your 2011 Honda Fit as long as you have room in your taillight housing to drill a 1 inch hole under the red lens. It uses the standard #1157 bulb which measures 1.83 inches tall and .97 inches width of the bulb. The sockets measures .95 inches where it goes into the lens.

The instructions show to drill a 1 inch hole in the taillight housing beneath a red lens to fit the socket and to make sure once the bulb is inserted in the socket it has 1/4 inch clearance from the top of the bulb to the lens.

If you add the bulb height of 1.83 inches to the socket height of .95 inches plus the required 1/4 needed between the bulb and the lens it looks like you will need to have a lens depth of 3.03 inches.

Also when drilling the hole in your taillight housing it is better to use a hole saw, instead of a drill bit so there is less chance of any damage to the wires or housing.
