Recommended Roof Rack For 1973 Volkswagen T2 Van With Camper Top

Will this system work on our 73 vw bus ? We have 2 12ft kayaks we want to be able to carry on top. She is a pop top campmobile ..

Thanks for the photo of your 1973 Volkswagen Van. We do have a roof rack that will work for your van.
I recommend the SportRack Pop-Up Camper Roof Rack # SR1020. This roof rack is designed for campers that do not have rounded or curved edges. The length of the rack can be adjusted to 80, 83, or 86 inches long. The rack is permanently mounted to the roof of your van. This roof rack has a 200 lb weight capacity. The Thule rack you asked about is not a fit for your van roof.
Then I recommend the Yakima JayLow, part # Y04073, to carry the kayaks. It'll carry them both and folds down when you're not using it. You'll need another pair of tie-downs, part # Y04031, for the second boat.
