Can Folding, Bumper Mounted Tire Carrier - U-Bolt Mount # TR-2 be Mounted Sideways
Question:
Can you tell me if the distance between the holes in the mounting bracket are equal distance. I.e. The way the uinch bolts are shown the holes in the bracket are apparently4inch apart. Will the uinch bolt fit the holes if used horizontally to mount on a horizontal post instead of a bumper?

Expert Reply:
Folding, Bumper Mounted Tire Carrier - U-Bolt Mount # TR-2 does have a square mounting pattern no matter which way its facing but it was not meant to be mounted sideways and it would void the warranty.
