To replace the brake winch on your Shore Station. I recommend looking at the Dutton-Lainson Worm Gear Hand Winch # DL10954, which is designed more for hoisting/lifting a load like what it looks like you are needing. This winch has a weight capacity of 1,500 pounds and features laminated high carbon steel gears that are heat treated for a longer lifespan.
You can also use a standard brake winch like the Dutton-Lainson Hand Winch # DL14934 that has a 1,200 pound capacity, just keep in mind that these are not designed or tested to lift a load vertically, so your particular results might vary.
I have attached video demonstrations on the products mentioned as well as a link that will take you to our available hand winches that you can look through.
