What are the Torque Specs for Installing 12 Inch Electric Brake Assemblies

Question:

What do you recommend for torque settings on AKEBRK-7-SA bracket nuts. Your excellent video did not mention a ft/lb recommendation. Also what would you torque the wheel nuts to on 7K axles?

Dexter recommends to torque the mounting nuts for 12 inch brake assemblies, like # AKEBRK-7-SA, between 25-50 foot pounds.

As for lug nut torque specs use the following information:

If you have a steel wheel with a 1/2 inch stud you would use 90-120 ft/lbs.
Steel with 9/16 inch stud 120-140 ft/lbs.
Aluminum with 1/2 inch stud 90-100 ft/lbs.
Aluminum with 9/16 inch stud 120-140 ft/lbs.
