If you have checked the grounds on your camper and boat trailer and they are all secure and connected to clean-bare metal surfaces, and if you have checked all the wiring on your camper and haven't found any places where the wiring is corroded, bent, exposed, or damaged, then you will want to check your connectors. The connector on your camper is most likely the issue since your boat trailer works just fine when connected directly to your Tahoe. You will want to look for any green or white corroded spots that will allow the signal to bleed over to another pin. This corrosion can happen inside the connector too so you will want to check that.
You could also be overloading the wiring harness if you are trying to pull power to light 2 trailers. You would need to install separate wiring for your second trailer if this is the case.
If that doesn't work then you might want to take your camper in to a shop so they can physically inspect it.
Please keep in mind that in most states towing a trailer with a trailer is illegal. You will want to check with the authorities in any of the areas that you will be traveling to ensure that you are within the laws of that location.
