Brake Controller Recommendation for 2008 Toyota Highlander

We have a 2008 Toyota Highlander Hybird with factory installed tow hitch and flat-4 connection. I have selected your Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller - 1 to 4 Axles - Proportional - 90195 and Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller - 7-Way RV and 4-Way Flat - 10 Gauge Wires - ETBC7. Although I already have the 7-pin connector Are these all I require to connect to our trailer ~3500lbs ? Thanks you

The two parts you referenced are exactly what you would need to install a brake controller on your 2008 Toyota Highlander.
The P3 # 90195 is easily considered the best brake controller on the market and all you need to convert your 4-way to a 7-way would then be the part # ETBC7 that you also mentioned.
