Right now you have passenger car tires on your tow dolly. I recommend changing them for trailer tires. Trailer tires are designed with a thicker sidewall to accommodate for the vertical load.

The closest size trailer tire we have to your 185/75 R14 that will still fit the same rims is a 205/75-14. I recommend the Taskmaster # TR20514 which has a max capacity of 1,760 pounds at 50 psi. This tire is about 1-1/4 inches larger in diameter than your current tires so you'll need to make sure you still have at least 3 inches between the tire tread and the underside of the fender. They're also about 3/4 of an inch wider so make sure there's 2 inches between tire's sidewall and the wheel well. If you have the clearance these will work well for you.

If you don't have the clearance you can replace your rims and use a 185/80-13 sized tire. These will be about 1/2 an inch smaller in diameter and about the same width. I've linked our selection of 185/80-13 tires with a rim for you. You'll need to find a rim that has the correct bolt pattern for your trailer's hubs
