The Sport Bar Cover # B8000704 fits earlier model CJs but will not fit your 1989 YJ.
I've linked all of the roll bar covers for your 1989. The closest being the Bestop Sport Bar Cover # B8000815 which is basically the same style except it's only available in black denim and not tan.
