Expert Reply:
The Air Lift Helper Springs, # AL57595, that you referenced will work well on your 2012 Ram 3500 and will not interfere with the 5th wheel hitch rail # RP30852.
The Air Lift springs have a 7,500 lbs load leveling capacity which will help reduce the stress on your Ram's rear suspension when towing your trailer.
I also recommend installing an air compressor system like the Air Lift Load Controller Compressor System, # AL25856, with the air helper springs. The compressor system will allow you to control the level of your air springs independently from inside the cab of your vehicle. You will be able to level the air springs side to side to help off-center loads by inflating each spring separately or rear truck squat by inflating the air springs simultaneously.
