Recommended Self-Adhesive Hook Strip For Saddleman Brand Tonneau On Ford F250
Question:
Some years ago I installed a roll-up bed cover on my F250 which was marketed under the Saddleman brand. The cover was secured by velcro strips applied directly to the outside of the bed. These velcro strips are now defunct due to outdoor exposure. What are you suggestions for replacements for the velcro hook tapes? I have a long, wide box so would need about 30foot of hook strip ~1.5inch wide to allow for one strip on each side and a double width strip on the rear.

For the 1-1/2 inch width adhesive Velcro hook side for your Ford F-250 we have the Replacement Velcro Shur-Bond Fastener for TruXedo Deuce Tonneau Covers for 8' Beds - 1-1/2" # TX1117785 and you would need 2 kits for your 30 feet. The other option is the Replacement Self-Adhesive Hook Strip - Bestop Supertop for Truck Collapsible Bed Cover - Per Yard # B41973 which is only 1 inch wide but not restricted to kits.
