Recommended Third Row Seat Covers for 2013 Chevrolet Tahoe LTZ

I have a 2013 Chevy Tahoe LTZ with a third row bench and am wanting to get a split bench cover for it. The above part number is what your site shows should fit my car, but the picture shows that the shoulder belts come out of the front of the seat on a little rise in the seat-my bench does not have that-it is straight across the top with the exception of the headrests. It is the factory bench seat for that car-can you confirm what cover I should purchase for it?
