Can the Thule Outbound Roof Bag # TH868 Install On a 2007 Honda CRV EX-L with Crossbars but no Rails

Question:

Can this carrier be installed on my 2007 Honda CRV EX-L using only the cross bars? It does not have the side rails, so it wouldnt be possible to attach all of the mounting points.

Yes, this Thule Outbound Roof Top Bag, part # TH868, can attach to your 2007 Honda CRV EX-L using only the cross bars.

You would just need to use the two straps that are on the front of the bag and the two straps that are on the back to secure this bag.
