Recommended Spare Tire Mount Bike Carrier for a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Moab

we have a 2013 Jeep wrangler Moab, I am looking for a 2 bike rack for the rear tire that folds and if possible is stable and not having the bikes clanging together

Our top spare tire mount bike carrier is the Thule Spare Me # TH963PRO. The arms fold down when you're not using them and it has anti-sway cradles to help prevent the bikes from swinging around when you are using it.
It's also able to fit on up to 33 inch tires so the 32 incher on your 2013 Jeep Wrangler Moab won't be an issue.
